Belt edge spring loaded diablos (Passive Tracking Systems) 

A very cost-effective yet effective solution, the edge diablos protect the oven, frame and belt from wandering and causing subsequent damage to any of these components. They are set carefully to maximise effectiveness, and we recommend that belt edge diablos are installed in conjunction with the belt tracking tensioning system.

We recommend installing two pairs of spring-loaded belt edge diablos at the out-feed of an oven: two on the upper strand and two on the lower strand. 

Graphite stations and cast belt supports  

We design bespoke standalone belt lubricating systems that will protect your oven band and internal belt supports. This reduces the frequency of replacing internal belt supports and enables a smoother running belt, reducing belt deformation problems, extending belt life and increasing productivity.

We mount our graphite stations at the in-feed of the oven to lubricate the underside (non-product side) of the oven band. This maintains the integrity of the non-product side surface and reduces drag on the belt support skids, eliminating slip-stick problems and reducing belt vibration.

The underside of the belt will become smoother as a result of the thin graphite layer yielding a semi non-stick surface. This helps with ploughing off any spillages on the return strand and leads to a cleaner, more hygienic belt.

The graphite will help to eliminate rust on the underside of the belt from condensation from products, steam and water splashing, and washing gear.

We also supply cast iron with lamellar graphite for internal belt supports.

Return rollers and belt support rollers  

With our in-house 3D CAD design studio, we can design and manufacture bespoke solutions for belt support rollers and install if required.

Replacement drums  

We design, manufacture and replace in-feed or out-feed drums. Along with our removable shaft design, coupled with external main drum bearings, this results in ease of maintenance and reduced machine downtime.
