Non-product side belt ploughs 

We design and manufacture stainless steel ploughs to ensure any debris falling onto the non-product side of the return strand of a belt is removed prior to entry between the band and the in-feed drum. 

We can design our ploughs to include passive tracking aids, such as our spring-loaded edge-rolling diablos, when situated at the out-feed of an oven.  

Belt edge squeegees 

Any increase of band width resulting from product build-up will play havoc with autonomous tracking systems. We design and supply belt-edge squeegees that will prevent product build-up on the edges of a baking band, a cost-effective solution to improve your existing tracking systems.
